Natalie Lue, Vice President at Robert Half is partnering with a San Francisco based Venture Capitalist to recruit a proactive Personal Assistant with excellent communication and initiative.
The role has potential for growth and will require previous personal assistant experience in a fast-paced everchanging environment.
The Personal Assistant supports a busy executive with family operations throughout the SF Bay Area and internationally. The Personal Assistant is an onsite role working in San Francisco at family residence daily Monday-Friday 8am PT- 6pm PT, with some flexibility needed to start the day earlier or later depending on the needs of the family.
The Personal Assistant role includes but is not limited to:
Ability to work in an independent, organized manner with the utmost confidentiality
Creating and maintaining calendars: Scheduling personal appointments including
medical, veterinary, car, home
Management of additional household vendors and contractors, payment and
coordination is needed
Travel coordination (International and Domestic), create itineraries, and arrange for
personal preferences across private charter flights, commercial flights, hotel, and car services
Liaison with Financial Advisors to coordinate financial plans, expenses and pay bills
Household support: managing mail, gift, household errands
Communicate effectively and respectfully with personal contacts, family, staff, and
vendors
Manage and organize events, research and source gifts
Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
Flexible and accommodating approach to the job; available and willing to respond to mobile phone and email requests out of office hours, as needed
Must have 5+years personal assistant experience for busy executives and/or family
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000- $180,000 annually not including discretionary bonus and other compensation. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the company s compensation practices.
