Autonomize, Inc is seeking a highly motivated, driven leader as Solution Architect to join our team on a journey to help healthcare organizations unlock dark data.

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for Solutions Architect located in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area at Autonomize AI. You will be responsible for architecting, designing and enabling AI solutions on the Autonomize AI platform, for healthcare and lifesciences customers. You will lead all aspects of the technical solution for our customers, show product demos, build prototypes and contribute to writing SOWs and proposals, and be part of the Engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key technical liaison in partnership with sales and customer success teams, for our healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring seamless integration of Autonomize AI s capabilities into their critical workflows.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand the specific needs of healthcare and life sciences clients, translating these into bespoke AI-driven solution on the Autonomize AI platform
- Design and implement AI solutions tailored to the unique challenges, data security, and compliance requirements of the healthcare sector.
- You will lead all aspects of the technical solution for our customers, show product demos, build prototypes and contribute to writing SOWs and proposals
- Contribute to the advancement of Autonomize AI s technical resources, including documentation and best practices, particularly focusing on applications in healthcare data management and analysis.
- Provide ongoing technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring effective operation and peak performance of our AI solutions in diverse healthcare environments.
- You will collaborate with sales leaders on building solution roadmaps, estimates, proposals, work with customers and partners to build the roadmap, lead the architecture & solution engineering
- You will also represent the company in customer meetings, research and industry conferences, and provide thought leadership on application of AI in healthcare.
Here is what we are looking for in our teammate:
- You have over 7 years of experience in technical consulting, preferably with exposure to the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Proficient in Python and Javascript, have designed and built solutions with Generative AI, with a strong understanding of their application in data-driven healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects, particularly in settings involving multiple stakeholders from the healthcare or life sciences industries.
- Skilled at proactively identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance the business value for healthcare clients through compound AI solutions.
- You have Hands-on experience working with HCLS industry-specific requirements and technologies. Examples include interoperability (HL7, FHIR, etc.), Compliance and regulatory (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, etc.), HCLS Tech (Medical Imaging, Electronic Health Records, Med Devices, etc.), HCLS Research and Delivery (Clinical Trials, Genomics, Labs, Pharmacy, Pharma, Providers, etc.).
