We re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns for True s clients. This position is primarily focused on paid search, display and social advertising programs. In our fast-paced, dynamic environment, Digital Advertising Specialists are key contributors toward the development and implementation of client strategy, tailored to our clients specific goals and objectives. They establish KPIs and other metrics to ensure we are hitting campaign goals continuously monitor the effectiveness of these programs to ensure we are driving value and ROI. They have a knack for analytics, are results-oriented and stay curious in their approach. Does this sound like you?Key Responsibilities:

Setup, ongoing optimization, and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clientsAudience and keyword research, landing page development, set up of digital campaign, audience targeting and goal tracking, A/B testing, management of ad budgets, and optimizing for conversions and KPIsDashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy monthlyPlan, implement, and monitor best-practice SEO strategies by utilizing insights gathered from keyword research, on-page analysis, and technical auditsEngage in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subject-matter expertiseActively collaborate with True s Creative Content and Account Service teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiativesSupport True s internal marketing initiatives through development of thought-leadership content, case studies and management of digital advertising programsEnsure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processesServe as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and analyticsAcquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertiseAdditional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skillset of the employee in the roleExceptional quantitative / analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting prioritiesAbility to communicate professionally in presentations, on client calls and via emailMust be a team player that is also comfortable working independentlyDriven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutionsAdaptive to change, flexiblePositive attitude and team spiritExperience or interest in B2B is a plusExperience or interest in building products industry is a plusQualifications:

Bachelor s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)Qualified candidates will generally have 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experienceDemonstrated proficiency with search, display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, Choozle, etc.Proficient in Google Data Studio, and/or other comparable data analytics and visualization toolsExperience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platformsProficient in conducting SEO research through tools like SEMRush, Moz, SpyFu, or ScreamingFrogFamiliarity with self-serve ad platforms such as Amazon Ads, Pandora AudioGo, Spotify Ad Studio, Choozle, or AdRoll is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, expressly Excel and PowerPointExperience with marketing automation is preferred but not requiredApply Now
