Supervises clinical aspects of nursing.* Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department* Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations.* Seeks opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competencyQualifications* Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland* Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred* 1- 3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus* Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility* Must possess a current CPR license
