TGC Search is partnered with one of our top clients in Milwaukee, WI looking to add their next CNC Maintenance Mechanic to the team in a direct hire/full-time position.
Below are the current shift offerings choose what works best for you!
- Shift 7am 3pm
- Shift 3pm 12am
- Shift 11pm 7am
- - 12-hour shifts for 3 days a week with 3 days off. Next week 12-hour shifts for 4 days a week with 4 days off. Hours are5pm-5am
As a CNC Machine Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. Here's what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company safety protocols while performing a range of tasks related to diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating CNC machines and equipment.
- Install and maintain mechanical and electrical components, troubleshoot mechatronic systems, and operate machine shop tools and equipment.
- Utilize welding and fabrication skills to create or repair parts as needed.
- Maintain automation systems and perform modifications to devices and systems as required.
- Keep detailed documentation and records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience servicing CNC equipment required
- State Indentured Journeyman Machine Repair Certification preferred
- Experience: Demonstrated mechanical and electrical repair knowledge and skills are essential.
