We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in providing Owner's Representative services on projects located in Cleveland, Ohio and nationwide. The position is based out of our Solon, Ohio office. The position is for an experienced individual with a track record in all phases of project development and project management including managing design and engineering consultants, contractors, and collaborating with both municipal and private clients. Responsibilities General Responsibilities: Desire to be part of and lead a project team to deliver projects on time and on budget. General duties will be to act as the Owner's Representative on a range of projects, including: Interact with client executives and directors in all aspects of project delivery. Assemble and manage internal and external project teams including planners, architects, consulting engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants. Lead the development of projects from inception to completion by defining scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with client strategic goals. Develop and evaluate RFP's and contracts. Review and monitor design and construction documents from concept design through final completion, including review of change-management documents, for compliance with criteria, standards, and specifications on each project. Develop, maintain, and report scope, schedule, and budget status throughout the project, including review and recommendation of all project invoices. Develop and monitor project organizational and administrative systems. Create and maintain, or monitor, comprehensive project documentation. Monitor design team and regularly inspect and document construction observations. Qualifications Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of construction, design and/or engineering a plus. Desire and ability to work independently with excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively on large and diverse projects. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in design and construction projects, with 2-4 years supervisory experience managing a project. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred but not required. Certifications/Licenses: Professional Registration or Project Management Certification desirable but not required. Software: Basic Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills. CADD, BIM and other scheduling software a plus.
