**Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist**

**iResQ is looking for a full-time Customer Service and Administrative Support Assistant in our Olathe, KS, office.** This individual is responsible for customer relations through multiple communication channels including phone, email and walk-in customers. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting order issues, helping customers navigate our website, handling customer inquires and assisting management staff. **Please submit up to date resume AND cover letter to be considered for this position. * Hourly rate of **$13-15 per hour, with flexibility** based on related work experience.

**What iResQ is looking for:**

* Upbeat and friendly attitude and ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor towards customers at all times

* Advanced organizational and time management skills.

* Attention to detail and timely follow-up.

* Ability to learn features and integrations of proprietary database software; ability to use that knowledge to enter, track and report on customer orders.

* Proficient with computers including keyboarding, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, and internal/external software applications.

* An individual interested in growing with our company and taking on additional responsibilities as needed!

**Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some related college coursework a plus.

* **Minimum 1 (one) year related work experience required in Customer Service, Customer Relationships, and Administrative Skills.**

* 2-3 years related work experience preferred.

* Work experience in Technology field preferred, experience in technical support a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

* Answer incoming calls, emails and chats regarding our service. Help and advise customers with their questions or concerns.

* Create, update and maintain customer orders in the company database. Ensure that relevant information is added to customer orders in such a way that other employees can track and understand.

* Make clear, concise notes about service approvals and order updates. Advise the appropriate staff regarding approved repairs and proposed turnaround. Update order status to reflect the stage of progression.

* Resolve product/service complaints by determining the cause of the complaint and clearly stating a proposed resolution. Advise managers of escalated complaints. Keep logs in the company database regarding any customer issues or unique scenarios.

* Assist CEO and General Manager with other administrative tasks as directed. Maintain inventory of office supplies, researching supplier and placing orders as needed.

* Handle a range of projects and be flexible to changing priorities

* Demonstrate self-motivation and excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
