Job Description: **Role Purpose**
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, high-energy media professional to manage the retail media network in one of the oldest, most prestigious high-end fashion companies in the world. This role is an ideal fit for a candidate with two-plus years of digital media experience or account management experience who is passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury goods / high fashion retail media network. This role routinely interfaces with VP, SVP, and C-Level Merkle leadership as well as high-level executives at a leading high fashion retailer.
**Key Responsibilities**
Supports leading brands as they grow their advertising partnerships. Within the RMN team, you will liaison with Sales, Media, and Analytics to strategize, develop and execute digital media campaigns. Works cross-functionally with Category Marketing & Merchant teams to support larger retailer initiatives on our platform.
Manages retail media network account customer service, project management, troubleshooting/problem solving, and process execution and follow-through.
**You Will:**
* Lead the end-to-end post-sales process between the supplier/Brand and RMNs media & reporting teams.
* Manage proposal templates and tagging
* Manage suppliers active digital media campaigns
* Build strategic campaign recommendations based on the suppliers business goals and marketing objectives
* Partner closely with media activation on campaign activation, trafficking & optimizations
* Provide frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns
* Work closely with analytics to ensure reporting accuracy
* Share actionable insights & recommendations to support suppliers strategy and drive incremental revenue
Qualifications: **Experience and Education**
* The ability to lead day-to-day relationships and work cross-functionally to respond to suppliers needs
* Experience in building media plan recommendations
* Ability to lead projects with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
* Familiarity with retail media and/or ad tech analytics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in communication.
* Two plus years experience in media and/or account management
* Four Year College Degree
