Job Details

As a Retail Director this role will be responsible for an assigned and designated market to lead store operations to warrant profitable targets and optimize guest experience. This role will be responsible for the boost of brand awareness and overall improvement of operational excellence. The leader will execute sales plans to align to the overall performance and create consistency to align to the business standard(s) and expectations. This person should have a high regard for customer service and be strongly motivated to win through sales objectives and the target expectations of the business.


Compensation: Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.


Annual Salary: $143,000 -$155,000


Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Employees are also eligible to earn monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives based upon store sales; according to historical data, if store sales targets are met, employees can expect to receive between $51,500 and $67,550 depending upon store sales volume.


Commitment Responsibilities of the role:

  • Safeguard Sales Targets meet and exceed standard KPI s.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance and overall profitability by exceeding strategic. growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members under assigned territory.
  • Manage and execute operational standards to align to organizational expectations.
  • Conduct and lead business reviews audit and maintain operational standards.
  • Host and maintain departmental meetings, training, and business updates to adhere to company standards and/or changes within the business to meet and/or exceed results.
  • Drive operational standards and efficiency of merchandising, sales, product and marketing.
  • Partner with recruiting to meet hiring demands, transfers, promotions, to improve staffing levels.
  • Partner with Human Resources with recommendations of pay adjustments, corrective actions, and employment decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Preferred.
  • Related Field Store Operations or Equivalent work experience supporting, Required.
  • Understanding of incentive and commission-based environment.
  • Effective and efficient time management, organization skills, attention to details, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to change to meet demands of the business.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and frequent travel.
