Salary: $100,000 $120,000 + uncapped commission
Brooksource is looking for Sale Manager to join the team at our Critical Power Company client. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products while managing a dedicated sales team. With a focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships, the Sales Manager will spend 70-80% of their time actively engaged in sales activities, while also overseeing the entire sales process workflow and nurturing existing client partnerships. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, and proven success in sales and management. Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required (Degree in Engineering is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience working with end users (not primarily distributors) in the IT or Facilities maintenance industry.
- Technical sales experience in the mission-critical industry or electrical products installation is advantageous.
- Background or network of working with Facilities Managers, Data Centers, IT Managers, Construction Companies, and Engineering Firms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and in person.
- Proven success in managing and closing deals.
- Prior military service is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

- Uncapped commissions with an average of 5-7% in services and 2-4% in product sales.
