We are currently seeking a Executive CE VP to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

In this role you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership for operations, administration, and results for a portfolio of accounts in the State & Local government and Education (SLED) sector.The geographic region includes roughly the southern half of the United States.Providing strategic direction and oversight in developing team capabilities, achieving financial and operational objectives and successfully delivering on customer commitments.Coaching, insight and executive leadership to account teams as related to their strategic direction, P&L performance, growth, and the development of client relationships.Creating/identifying opportunities within existing and new clients using visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, background in potential problem areas, knowledge of upcoming regulatory or market changes to create engagement opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining professional relationships with senior and C-level client executives and expand professional network in client organizationsLeading teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, intellectual property etc.), articulate value proposition, review and fine tune the financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling proposition for the client to engage NTT DataLeading engagement planning, budgeting, resource mobilization and deliverable definitionBuilding high morale and a highly effective teams and position programs for success

Required Experience:

10+ years of experience in a client service role where you developed comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans.10+ years of leadership experience in a role that required strong sales/relationship management/account management with an industry or service offering focus.5+ years of account management experience where you were responsible for client relationships and managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams5+ years of experience in budgeting, P&L performance, and managing operational efficiency.Ability to travel up to 50%

Public Sector experience strongly preferredDemonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressureAbility to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels

Education:

Bachelor s degree preferred
