Looking for a challenging and dynamic role in the automotive industry? Look no further! Our busy and successful shop is in need of a skilled automotive service advisor to join our team. We have no shortage of work and are looking for someone who shares our passion for cars and customer service.
While previous experience as a service advisor is not required, general automotive knowledge is necessary. If you have a love of cars and a desire to learn, we are willing to provide all the training you need to become the best service advisor on our team. Pay for inexperienced trainee candidates will begin at approximately $50,000 per year whereas top performers can expect over $100,000 per year. We believe in rewarding talent and excellence, so if you're willing to put in the effort, there is an opportunity for significant career growth within our shop.
As an automotive service advisor, you should be confident in your ability to start a conversation with anyone. You should quickly build trust and present yourself and your recommendations with honesty. Your focus on customer service skills should be second to none, and you should be thorough in following through on your promises.
You will be working closely with six other coworkers as part of our team, so reliability is key. If you are someone who has an eye for detail and can work collaboratively as part of a team, then we would love to hear from you.

- Applicants must have a valid driver's license
- Hours will be Monday- Friday 7:30am to 5pm
- Every 3rd Saturday 8am to 4pm with a $300/week 6th day spiff
- $500 per week salary with optional draw against Monthly Commission which is based on Individual and Team Gross, Customer Survey feedback and RO count
- $5 Spiffs per Alignment
