About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in spearheading the mission of bringing the right products to market quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM and sales strategies from the ground up, managing a growing customer base, and leading the creation of messaging that resonates with the target audience. Strong relationship building with key stakeholders and the ability to continuously optimize sales processes are also key aspects of the position.Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in a senior sales position, with a minimum of 3 years' experience, and expertise in selling to a technical audience, preferably in the realm of collaboration or developer tools. An understanding of SaaS and startup environments is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. A background in a quota-carrying senior AE role, with a desire to transition into a more strategic position, is also a requirement. The Head of Sales will be at the forefront of defining processes and GTM strategies on a global scale, using innovative thinking and strategic prowess to drive the company's success and establish its leadership in the industry.
