GRSM California offices have immediate openings for ETT attorneys with a minimum of at least two years experience practicing within the state of California and welcome all experience levels to apply! We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities. The candidate may work from the California office of your preferred location or choose to work from home.
The openings are the Environmental/Toxic Tort (ETT) department. GRSM's ETT practice is national in scope and covers all aspect of environmental litigation, including CERCLA, common-law cost recovery actions, and defense of environmental administrative and citizen suit actions. GRSM's toxic tort practice covers all types of toxic tort actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold and asbestos. Prop 65 and class action matters are an additional area of focus. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with top practitioners in these areas.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.

We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance. The yearly salary range is between $100,000 $275,000, depending on location and experience.
