$100,000 + (Commission Based)Responsibilities:
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the saleGive potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing marketAct as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transactionSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeParticipate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transactionFollow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate salesAct as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful closeAssist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budgetArrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, bachelor s degree preferred1+ years of buyer s agent or relevant real estate experienceSufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industryMust have a valid U.S. driver s license and can travel by carMust demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus)Must possess great communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
