```Duties```- Develop and implement social service programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the community- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the social services department- Manage and allocate department budgets effectively- Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to enhance service delivery- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of social service professionals- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social work and behavioral health- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
```Requirements```- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field- Proven experience in social work, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and program development- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of professionals- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
