Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with CPSI is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
This role will require floating to multiple units
Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Notes Monday to Friday
May include inpatient on rare occasion
May also include travel to nursing home once a week - The trip takes 10-15 min one way. The work at the nursing home is only 2-3 hours including travel time
