Demand & Supply Planner: Business Integration Lead (Mult. Pos.), Becton Dickinson and Company, San Diego, CA. Support the overall demand and supply management process for Medical Management Solutions ("MMS") Dispensing. Collaborate with various teams to achieve targeted forecast and service performance levels for the US region. Facilitate Management Business Review as part of the SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) process. Assist leadership with integrating operations systems to support business development. Assess and document business processes through value stream mapping. Define types of approach, tools, and processes that will be used to support transition events. Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Manage Finished Goods and Raw Material to meet inventory targets and Days Inventory on Hand ("DIOH") for the region. Develop analyses and reports related to inventory level projections, recovery plans, capacity requirements, and performance metrics. Participate in new product introductions or product discontinuation projects in support of inventory target levels, service levels, and manufacturing efficiencies. Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure business continuity. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand supply planning processes and systems.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $132,766 - $173,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

- Supply Chain experience: Demand and Supply forecasting, Production Planning, capacity leveling, product deployment, and inventory control;

- Statistical Analytics and modeling through collection and analysis of data by forming statistics to derive meaningful information to make effective and informed decisions;

- Utilizing MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office to develop dashboards to track performance in customer experience, production attainment, inventory management;

- Analytics and/or planning experience in collection and analysis of data by forming statistics to derive meaningful information in making informed decisions; and

- Integrated Supply Chain Systems such as: SAP ECC, MRP and Advanced Planning tools.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week. Up to 5% domestic travel required.
