Lead all aspects of the technical accounting function. Research and prepare technical accounting memorandums, develop and maintain policies and procedures. Provide subject matter expertise to the financial reporting team for complex accounting areas for recording and reporting, include stock compensation. Build and maintain partner equity models for equity interest and accounting. Work with Carta system on partner interests. Lead Finance M&A due diligence and integration. Manage the ongoing accounting for complex accounting areas, including stock-based compensation, leases, commissions, and other. Collaborate on valuations for acquisitions. Lead Finance Transaction workstreams (equity recapitalizations, debt refinancings)Due diligence related to equity/debt events. Liaison with business development, FPA, senior leadership and sponsors on due diligence activities.
