We have delivered 500,000+ meals to health-conscious individuals and families throughout the Washington, D.C. area, with an eye towards scale and expansion into other geographies.

And we are revolutionizing how fresh, nutritious, high-quality food is purchased, manufactured, and delivered at scale.

Customer support is the heart and soul of our business. When our customers have questions they turn to our advocates who are wizards at helping them answer their questions or solve their problems fast.

Your Responsibilities:

* Deliver the highest quality support through chat, phone, email and other channels

* Own the customer experience by taking the lead to help customers clarify their needs and guide them through to resolutions with the least customer effort possible

* Become an expert in V+Bs service, products [including questions about nutrition and health] and internal systems [zendesk, onfleet, shopify] to efficiently process customer requests/questions and maintain customer relationships

* Dedicatedly look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better

* Provide feedback and communicate with internal departments to enhance the customers experience

* Communicate thoughtful, empathetic and complete resolutions tailored to each customer

Who You Are:

* A self-starter who takes ownership [and pride] in your work

* Love talking to people and are excited to build strong customer relationships

* A support enthusiast with strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to navigate through multiple environments

* A creative and innovative problem solver who can guide customers through key moments using strong communication skills that can adapt based on audience and issue

* Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are the secret to your success!)

* Have a no-task-is-too-small mentality

What May Make You Stand Out:

* A bias towards action

* Up to 2 years of customer service experience

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

* Well-versed in Microsoft office [word, excel, outlook, google sheets] and other relevant programs

* Work autonomously and efficiently

* Comfortable navigating ambiguity

* Nutrition background is a plus!

* Based in DC, VA or MD [this role requires working in an office]
