What you ll be doing:

Providing a wide variety of technical and administrative support and assistance related to developing employees potential in order to continually increase work performance and employee motivation and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of learning styles and instructional principles to design suitable training and development programs, in collaboration with L&D Manager, as required and needed by the company.
  • Conduct multiple orientations weekly and support additional training sessions as able.
  • Support the onboarding programs and coordinate effectively with department heads to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leadership to best support training needs, compiling, and updating the required technical/skills training across all departments.
  • Maintain, track, and report personal training history files of all employees.
  • Champion employee engagement, collaborating with the local and national teams.
  • Designing and developing Company wide communication templates.
  • Perform special and ongoing projects as requested.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Creative in developing and designing presentations and communications.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Engaging presentation skills facilitating training with our diverse employee teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and confidently on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Training and Development, or Human Resources Management, or minimum 2-3 years relevant field experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Conversational in Spanish a plus.
