Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk


Job Details

Seeking an accounts receivable specialist with an eye for detail and an ability to follow procedures
The role will involve accounts receivable & collections for both our Orlando & Texas office
You will be solely based in Orlando
You will also be completing other admin tasks as well
You will be working closely with our dispatch team as well as our suppliers.


Preferred Qualifications:

Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong Computer Skills
Moderate Excel skills.
Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both
technical and financial backgrounds.
Must possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail & organization.
Must be a team player, reliable and a self-starter.
Be able to multi-task different projects.
Adaptable, proactive, and dependable work manner.
Bilingual in Spanish is required
3-5 years in an office environment
Strong skills in Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail
Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
Salary commensurate with experience
