Adecco RPO is currently seeking energetic individuals to join our team to fill a Colleague Recruiting Specialist role supporting our engineering, intelligent systems, application and devices client in Tysons, VA.


You will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and their orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.


Responsibilities for this position include:

Top-down strategy implementation with client and Adecco stakeholders.

Oversight of partnership processes, partnerships, and hiring events.

Travel to key hiring events (covered at company expense, 1-4 events per month, 1-2 days each event).

o Key markets include South Hill, VA; Richmond, VA; Washington DC; Atlanta, GA; NC & SC

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites

Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.

Facilitate client-specific onboarding process.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Assist with additional responsibilities that may include post-start roundtables and exit surveys

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and customer service skills required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.

Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.

Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.

Be able to report onsite daily, Monday Friday, during standard working hours


The position comes with:

A salary of $60-80K based on experience, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or pay card

Annual pay increases based on tenure, performance, and length of client contract
