We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Rights Director to join our team. The Human Rights Director will be responsible for developing, and overseeing human rights policies, programs, and initiatives across the organization. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international human rights standards. This role is a critical leader, enabler and strategic partner across the Mars organization, not only to corporate programs, but to segment led initiatives across critical supply chains.
