Job Details

The Senior Manager of Workday HRMS will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing HR services delivery through the utilization of the Workday platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Transformation and Talent, this role will drive strategic initiatives, manage system configurations, ensure data integrity, and lead various projects aimed at improving efficiency and aligning HR processes with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Management: Oversee the development, optimization, security, and overall management of the Workday platform, including system configurations, upgrades, and data integrity.
  2. Strategic Initiatives: Design and implement key HR technology initiatives that support HR programs and streamline operations, contributing to the organization's transformation journey.
  3. HR Governance Support: Collaborate on HR governance programs, including change management, communications, and release management to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of HR systems.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leadership, teams, and stakeholders to identify system improvements, translate business objectives into technical requirements, and implement solutions that meet user needs.
  5. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including processes, procedures, user guides, training manuals, and SOPs. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support.
  6. Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of current trends in HRMS technology, focusing on product development, delivery, and support, and apply key technologies to enhance HR operations.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and delegate tasks to outsourced resources, establishing a roadmap for future projects based on organizational needs and priorities.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing HR systems, with a focus on Workday.
  • Experience with Lean management principles preferred.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing HR technology programs, including change management and release management.
  • Strong expertise in developing end-to-end business process documentation and training materials.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HRMS issues.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and apply sound business judgment in decision-making processes.


Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
