AE Perspective is looking for a candidate with a strong background in producing architectural construction documents using Revit. Candidate should possess experience producing construction documents and providing construction administration on commercial projects. Candidate should be familiar with the building permit process for obtaining plan approvals. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years up to 10 years experience preparing construction documents.
A professional Architect license in Georgia is preferred but not required. Candidates would need to demonstrate the ability to put together construction documents and coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil engineers for professional office space, retail buildings, convenience stores, healthcare facilities, and other related structures.
Starting salary is $75,000-$105,000 annually but will ultimately be commensurate the level of experience demonstrated. Our firm offers paid healthcare and dental benefits for the employee, employer contributions to retirement account with 100% vesting from day 1, and paid vacation & sick leave.
