Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee multi-family residential projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a focus on multi-family developments. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and implementing cost-saving measures when possible.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
