Job Summary:

Maven is looking for a Technology Analyst Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technology analysis and consultation to support Fannie Mae's business goals and objectives. You will work closely with business partners, project managers, and technical teams to understand the needs of the business and ensure that technology solutions meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology analysis and consultation to support Fannie Mae's business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with business partners, project managers, and technical teams to understand the needs of the business and ensure that technology solutions meet those needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential issues and risks associated with technology solutions and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology analysis and consulting.
  • Contribute to the development of Fannie Mae's technology strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology analysis or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
