We are currently seeking an experienced Offset Print Press Assistant!

Key Duties:

• Operating UV Coater
• Operating Cutters and folding equipment
• Assisting Pressman in operating press

Needed Skills:

• Capable to arrive at site on time with dependability (has daily dependable transportation)
• Ability to learn new mechanical equipment (someone who expresses pleasure on working on home improvement, automobiles, etc)
• General mechanical understanding
• Desire to learn skills to use as a trade for an extended period of time

Desired Skills:

• Experience in printing industry working on offset printing press, cutters, coaters, bindery equipment
• Experience in general manufacturing using CNC equipment or other technical equipment where the candidate has displayed the ability to learn how to use production equipment.

Other:

• Shifts available are;
  • Second Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM (high need)
  • Night Shift: 9 PM to 5 AM (moderate need)
  • Day Shift: 5 AM to 1 PM (low need)

• Might train for a number of weeks on Day shift, then move to either Second or Night shift
