WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.The Wholesale Operations Planner will support building and the expansion of WHOOP s wholesale business, both domestically and internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing all processes related to demand planning, inventory management, and creating, analyzing, optimizing and reporting performance metrics.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and track wholesale purchase orders, executing on the agreed-upon SLAs with retail partners and identifying automation opportunities.Coordinate PO receipt, packout operations, palletization, and shipping with WHOOP s 3PLs.Manage Wholesale s Apparel and Accessories business by reviewing run-rate, developing/refining a forecast, managing lead times to ensure continuity of supply, and preventing aged/excess inventory.Manage weekly Wholesale sales and inventory reporting, including inventory turn, in-stock rate, and sell-through against forecast.Manage returns across all retail partners, creating and optimizing a scalable S&OP process.Conduct ad-hoc analyses to troubleshoot issues ranging from turns-optimization opportunities, promotions performance analysis, distressed inventory call-outs, and SLA deviations.Lead process improvement projects, with both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver a cost-optimized scalable solution.Liaise with retail partners demand planners to develop forecasts, launch assortment, and replenishment plans through partner communication and partner portal use/management.Act as the first point of contact for receiving retail partners operational queries; work closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions and solve retail partners concerns proactively.QUALIFICATIONS:

Up to 1 year of experience in planning, operations, supply chain, and/or logistics demonstrated through applicable course-work, internship and/or a co-op experience.Has a problem solver mindset and thrives in ambiguity.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align & achieve a common goal.Excellent communication (verbal and written).Data-driven with superb attention to detail.Loves getting into the weeds and being a hands-on problem solver.Strong time management skills - executes with pace and possesses a strong sense of urgency.Passion for fitness, health & technology is a plus.Willingness to travel (up to 20%).This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
