Peraton is currently seeking an Contract Administration Manager with experience working for and with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency ("NGA") to support our Space and Intelligence Sector. This position will require an experienced contracts management professional with responsibility for the following: Develop, foster, and maintain customer relationships with the Contracting Officers and NGA Contracts leadership. Interface with Executive Leadership on complex contractual issues. Manage and provide leadership responsibility including but not limited to: proposal preparation (developing OCI mitigation plans, reviewing costs volumes, providing oversight of model contract and intellectual property considerations), assessment of terms and conditions to ensure the corporation is protected from unusual risk and sustains or improves Peraton's long range plan.
