Description:JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records by cycle counting and analyzing those counts to ensure inventory integrity in accordance with Wis-Pak policies and procedures. Organize and maintain all receiving records, production paperwork, and documentation. Calculate and record Efficiencies. This person is also responsible for the verification of daily production totals and raw material usage.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Note: The job functions relate to the job, not the individual)

  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Input daily production paperwork into system.
  • Assist with month end inventories.
  • Gather, verify, and enter any production related information.
  • Organize and maintain all, production paperwork, and documentation.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
  • Verify daily production.
  • Verify Raw material usage.
  • Track material variances
  • Verify material receipts
  • Follow all food safety and GMP polices

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school equivalent education.
  • Mathematical ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge.Prefer knowledge in software programs used by the Company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) because the employee interacts frequently with employees, managers, and truck drivers.
