Job Title: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse Location: Omaha, Nebraska Schedule: 4x10s, Day Shift (6:45 AM - 5:15 PM) Required Certifications: ACLS Preferred, BLS Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in cardio and vascular procedures, with specific experience in open heart and endovascular surgeries. While 1-2 years of experience is highly preferred, exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered, especially if they possess significant open heart and endovascular experience. Responsibilities: - Scrubbing and circulating in cardiovascular and vascular hybrid procedures. - Providing patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries. - Assisting the surgical team with instrumentation and equipment. - Monitoring patients' vital signs and assisting with anesthesia administration. - Maintaining a sterile operating room environment and adhering to infection control protocols. - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
