As we prepare to transition to our state-of-the-art facility by July 2024, we need a seasoned Parts Manager who has a meticulous eye for detail and a robust drive to succeed. Our new location will feature sophisticated inventory management systems, advanced security measures, and streamlined operations, all situated in a prime spot on I-25 (N Nevada) in Colorado Springs. This strategic location offers seamless access to major hubs like Denver and Pueblo, enhancing our logistical capabilities and service reach. As we approach a significant transition with the retirement of our current Parts Manager, we are seeking a visionary leader to take the helm of our parts department. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive the future success of our dealership as we move into our cutting-edge facility. We are looking for a Parts Manager who is eager to grow with us and help establish new benchmarks in automotive parts management and operational excellence.


Your Key Responsibilities as Parts Manager:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and ensure efficient inventory levels, optimizing return on investment while minimizing excess.
  • Purchasing: Implement effective purchasing strategies and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure parts availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Direct a skilled team, fostering an environment of growth and productivity. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to enhance team performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the parts department operates smoothly and meets budget and customer satisfaction goals through effective controls and processes.
  • Sales and Promotion: Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to enhance department revenue. Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of parts experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer's parts preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to strategize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver s license to operate a motor vehicle
