We are seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!
This position is located in FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. Manage inventory on site by overseeing cycle counts, receipts, adjustments, audits, and reconciliation.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- manufacturing inventory coordinator with cycle counts receipt audits and reconciliation
- with maintaining product identification and location program
- with RMA s from outside districts
- of picking or transfer errors
- with ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner
- and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
- warehouse work as needed
- and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality
- recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- have at least an associate degree or at least 3 years experience working with inventory systems
- be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (familiar with using formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and Outlook
- be able to lift 50lbs as a part of the job function
- be able to pass a forklift certification test and drive a forklift daily if needed
- must pass background check and drug test
