Job Details

I am seeking a skilled Field Operations Technician to join a successful team. As a Field Operations Technician, you'll be at the forefront of providing end-user support across a variety of tasks within their operations. Your role will involve not only resolving technical issues but also guiding the Field Operations Team in their tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for personal computer hardware and software, employing both hands-on and remote resolution techniques.
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of issues including desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility, and infrastructure problems.
  • Offer guidance and direction to the Field Operations Team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of technical issues.
  • Manages IT Incident queue and can work level I / II / III technician problems as needed.
  • Knowledge with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and its components; Install, configure, monitor, support, optimize, and administer.
  • Maintain and support Windows Active Directory domain, ensuring security and availability of user logins, ACL permissions, Group Policies, and network printing, according to corporate policies and requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for company Knowledge Base, as it relates to both end-users and IT staff, using appropriate and effective communication techniques for both.
  • Performs on-site or remote desktop support of end-users.
  • Other duties as assigned.
