Project Development Manager

Position Code:

Catholic Housing and Community Services is currently seeking a Project Development Manager.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

Plan and manage housing development processes and development teams.
In collaboration with development consultants and Finance, prepare and oversee preparation of housing finance packages and pursue funding from the appropriate sources, including governmental, foundations, and corporations.
Prepare requests for qualifications and proposals; make recommendations regarding selection of development team members and investors; review and manage contracts.
Manage development budget and cash flow.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Planning, Business Administration, Social Work/Services or related field from an accredited university required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of community and/or housing development experience preferred.
Skill and ability to work with diverse disciplines including planners, consultants, technical professionals, funders, and neighborhood stakeholders.
Ability to understand partnership agreements, loans, contracts, and pro formas.
Highly organized and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to function as part of a team and to lead teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
