Responsibilities include:
As an Electronics Technician on our Manufacturing team, you'll disassemble and meticulously test malfunctioning instruments to pinpoint defects down to the component level. You'll then precisely repair instruments by adjusting or replacing faulty components, utilizing fine-pitch soldering techniques as required. After thoroughly reassembling the instruments, you'll conduct rigorous testing to ensure they meet specified standards. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and repair production assembly failures, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong technical understanding, and proficiency in soldering and electronics knowledge. You should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical or trade school experience preferred. Military experience in troubleshooting and testing is a plus. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and reliability, with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
