Flextek has teamed up with an oil and gas equipment company that is located in the Southeast Houston area. They are looking to add a Collections Analyst to their team. This role is direct hire and is open due to growth within the company. Primary responsibilities will be to perform collections daily from other branches, track and analyze invoices in various portals, and be able to work at a high-volume pace.
100% in the office | Monday Friday | 7am 4pm or 8am 5pm
Core Responsibilities:
Complete daily worklist via calls, emails, and reviewing automated correspondence
Log all notes into the system regarding collection efforts
Keep note of any disputes on invoices that customers have pointed out
Research dispute resolution with the branch and billing teams
Work with sales and other branch managers on customer accounts
Escalate past due accounts when needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of working in a Collections role
Work in invoice portals, Get Paid, HighRadius, as well as GP/Dynamics
Experience working in a high-volume collections role
Construction industry experience in preferred
Working with rental equipment is a plus
