As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will report to the Manager, Quality Engineeringyou will work within a scrum team and will be responsible for designing and implementing test solutions to measure and validate the infrastructure and functionality of ZoomInfo directoriesWork as part of an Agile team to deliver products with high qualityShould actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical feedbackLead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaborationDesign and implement innovative solutions to challenging quality issuesLead project planning and execution, ensuring on-time deliverySet and maintain the highest standards for quality and best practicesOversee and ensure quality across multiple projects and teamsDesign test plans and customers scenarios and be responsible for testing executionDocument and maintain all the test cases in our Test Management toolCreate and maintain a list of all known bugsDemonstrate knowledge in developing automated tests using one of the programming languagesDemonstrate knowledge in debugging and finding issues in the automation codeActively participate in all team meetings which include;Daily stand up meetingsBe the quality ambassador in the scrum team using best practicesDefine test strategies, analyze test results and validate functionalityWork with the engineering teams and product to gather test requirements, risk areas and convert these to testing scenariosContribute to general engineering practice improvement effortsThe US base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 + Bonus + Equity + BenefitsActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or trainingIn addition to comprehensive benefits we offer holistic mind, body and lifestyle programs designed for overall well-beingQualifications
