Burger King (operated by Texas Restaurant Holdings, LLC) is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 6-7 Burger King restaurants.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, will work with a sense of urgency and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations (DO), the DM is responsible for:

• Overall operational practices of 6-7 Burger King locations, such as staffing, full P&L, training and development
• Create and manage budgets
• Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and takes corrective actions as appropriate
• Interview, hire, cross-train and discipline GMs and staff as needed
• Visit assigned stores as needed to ensure stores' overall quality, cleanliness and operations are continuously met

What we expect from you

Requirements:

• Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &/or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Burger King or Fast Food District Manager experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation required
• Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
• Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making
• Results oriented and customer service focused
• Previous Burger King experience is a plus!
