About the Role:
As a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for providing preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance services for condominium complexes and individual owners across southern NH and Northern MA. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, drywall, window and door repairs, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing work. A background in residential construction and remodeling is advantageous.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks on condominium complexes and individual properties.
- Conduct carpentry work including deck repair and replacement.
- Install and replace windows, doors, locks, and drywall.
- Handle painting, cleaning, snow removal, and minor masonry, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Participate in weekly on-call rotations to address emergencies during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, as well as reliable transportation
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated skill in residential construction and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines and efficiently execute all the tasks assigned
- Must provide his/her own tools and equipment required for the position
- Physically able to lift and carry material up to 50 lbs. as needed, as well as climb and work with ladders.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
