Territory Sales Specialist Material Processing (Dealer)

Kane Selection Ltd represents an internationally known Material Processing Equipment dealer. Due to their success, and expansion, our client is looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to cover the state of Tennessee who will drive the sales of the aggregate processing equipment, focusing on the following products:



  • Track and Wheel Mounted Crushers and Screens
  • Track Mounted Trommel Screens
  • Track and Stationary Shredders
  • Track and Stationary Grinders
  • Track Excavators with Environmental Attachments
  • Track Mounted Mulching Equipment


The ideal candidate will have vast experience in either C&S and/or Washing Systems. You will have worked for a dealer and/or a manufacturer. In addition to the responsibilities of day-to-day sales management, you will be tasked with building our client s presence in the assigned territory.


This will include, not limited to, driving sustainable sales growth via distribution acquisition and fostering existing key distributor relationships representing the client's product line.

Our client delivers complex aggregate processing solutions in Tennessee, North & South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.



Key accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Sale and Rentals dedicated to the growth of their Track and Stationery equipment business (Contractors, Recycling, Land clearing, Governmental)
  • Focus on Non-Aggregate customers.
  • Work with the other groups in the company to help close any business they may turn up in the Track and Stationery equipment business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs that complement the Company s existing Environmental product lines.
  • Manage all start-ups etc., for the territory.
  • Work in conjunction with the other groups and departments within the company
  • Network regularly by representing the company at industry events


Language Skills:


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees, external vendors, and management
  • A strong motivator with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
