Travel Intern

Join our dynamic travel agency team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of travel planning and coordination. This internship offers valuable insight into the travel industry, providing opportunities to assist seasoned travel agents in crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients.

• Assist travel team members in researching and planning itineraries for clients.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Support in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements.
• Help maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and travel booking systems (training will be provided).
• Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about different cultures and destinations.
