Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join the dynamic team in the Denver Office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably gained at a reputable law firm. Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist with all aspects of discovery, including document production, depositions, and witness interviews.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case developments.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in case law relevant to assigned cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in [state or jurisdiction].
- 2-5 years of experience practicing litigation law, preferably with a well-respected law firm.
