About The Job - Commercial Construction Framing Foreman

We are searching for a framing construction foreman to join our organization. This position is an integral part of our team, and you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities. Majority of projects are commercial framing projects including steel and wood-stick framing. You will be in charge of running a crew, installing the work, and reporting any necessary changes to our team.

Qualified candidates will be paid anywhere from $32-$38 an hour depending upon experience!

Commercial Construction Framing Foreman Responsibilities

  • Commercial construction experience preferred or relatable experience
  • General carpentry work including layout, concrete, framing, drywall, interior finishes, doors/hardware (Steel and wood)
  • Ability to read drawings, plans and specifications
  • Monitors construction work according to schedules & plans
  • Coordinates crew members & subcontractors general and daily responsibilities
  • Coordinates materials and equipment on job site
  • Reports progress to Superintendent and Project Manager(s)
  • Ensures job site safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Resolve problems when they arise

Working Conditions

  • Travel to jobsites
  • All season, inside and outside work
  • Typical 40 hour workweek Monday-Friday with occasional night/weekend/overtime shifts
