1. Question: Can you briefly describe your experience with managing video conferencing equipment and infrastructure, including any specific platforms you've worked with?
2. Question: How comfortable are you with troubleshooting video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware and software issues?
3. Question: Have you worked with any of the mentioned audiovisual equipment brands like Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, etc.?
Need to have:
Working knowledge of video infrastructure and endpoint equipment such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, Cisco Expressways, Cisco Endpoints, Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPRM, Workflow Server, Pexip CVI, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly Endpoints, Zoom video conferencing.
Crestron, TEAMS, etc.
Enterprise Support or Desktop Support some exp.
