Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an arts-focused nonprofit organization to identify a Payroll Specialist for their Downtown Boston headquarters. They are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with all departments to ensure proper communication and coordination.

Highly flexible hybrid schedule with minimal in-office days

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist include but are not limited to:

Processing regular biweekly payroll for 120+ employees and additional contracted employees during project cycles
Partnering with Human Resources to ensure onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contracts
Answering employee and contractor questions regarding payroll as necessary

Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist:

3+ years in a payroll role
Proficiency in any Payroll software required
