1776ing is an online business platform designed to enable investment advisers to raise capital from accredited investors who seek alternative investments. 1776ing is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to help serve the its current and future clients. The role provides the right person with unlimited opportunities to pursue a Client Relations role in the startup/alternative investments space. Responsibilities will expand once you become more familiar with the role itself.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


  • Assisting financial advisors and investors with the onboarding experience; (website registration, investor subscription, AML docs, etc.)
  • Navigating clients through the subscription process and assisting and managing fund closings.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Optimizing the user experience through collaboration and communication with the development team.
  • Demonstrating exceptional time management skills with the ability to handles multiple tasks at once.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or Experience


Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience in the Client Service and Investor Relations field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Financial Industry preferred.


Technology Skills


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use Modern Technology; Zoho, Mail Chimp and other technology platforms.
