About the Role:


We're searching for a hungry and motivated Sales Manager with a desire to mentor and coach sales professionals to drive team success. The Sales Manager is responsible for training, managing, and supervising Account Executives, as well as overseeing and being accountable for implementing sales strategy and reaching sales goals. This includes maximum revenue and profitability through team building and operational success. The Sales Manager plays a key role in the Company's continued expansion as a rapidly growing SaaS company.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement overall Sales operations focusing on relationship management and new logo development to support company growth and business expansion

In partnership with HR and sales management, you will be interviewing and recruiting for Western regional Account Executives

Develop and manage a sales team of Account Executives

Lead team to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Meevo to SMB/Mid-Mkt accounts

Mentor and coach team on Company's offerings, market, and trends

Support team s full sales cycle, including but not limited to pipeline development, discovery, value positioning, and relationship management

Fully utilize CRMs including Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and Outlook for all activities and functions of the sales team

Collaborate with other Sales Managers and Executive team to sustain alignment of overall department goals

Possess a comprehensive understanding of Meevo and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI

Oversee and evaluate employee performance and productivity


Requirements:


Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team

5+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in project management and work collaboration space preferred

BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Experience with CRM tool to manage leads, activities, and pipeline

Proven ability to close sales cycles with a SaaS Product

Track record of attaining quota and overachievement

Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings

Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently, is disciplined and strong process orientation

Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively and consistently

Preferred location in Midwest
